Learning Objectives
DIRECT and STRUCTURED knowledge (logical and operational sequences):
– of the technical evolution of the single specialties,
– of the methods for developing specific conditional skills,
– of the control procedures of the functional indicators related to the performance in question (laboratory 'field' test)
Program
Module 1 : RUNNING, MIDDLE AND LONG DISTANCE, ATHLETIC WALKING,
Module 2: SPRINT AND HURDLES
Module 3: JUMPS : IN EXTENSION (LONG-TRIPLE) , IN ELEVATION (HIGH-POLE VAULT)
Module 4: THROWS: JAVELIN, DISCUS, WEIGHT, HAMMER, from cyclical - acyclical translocations to the coordinative expression of the throw. Specific problems of MULTI EVENT.
Module 5: EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITY c/o Soc. Sportive Federali (FIDAL) subject to agreement.
Bridging Courses
At the end of the internship the student must be able to plan the activities for the categories beginners (5-10 years) boys (11-13 years) Cadets (14-15 years)

Minimum mandatory attendance: 2/3 of total practice lessons in each modul. As to the practical activities attendance is intended as the active participation to the lesson
