Learning Objectives
The course focuses on the critical study of the theoretical and methodological reflection of contemporary history with the aim of:
- Provide theoretical tools inherent in the "craft of historian";
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the methodological challenges that characterize contemporary history research;
- Practice collecting sources and historical analysis.

Teaching, Attendance, Course Books and Assessment
- Assessment
The course will be evaluated through a paper (paper/presentation) related to the theoretical and methodological reflection of the sources used in their research.
Further details on the form and structure of the paper will be discussed during the lessons.
- Disability and Specific Learning Disorders (SLD)
Students who have registered their disability certification or SLD certification with the Inclusion and Right to Study Office can request to use conceptual maps (for keywords) during exams.
To this end, it is necessary to send the maps, two weeks before the exam date, to the course instructor, who will verify their compliance with the university guidelines and may request modifications.
