Learning Objectives

The aim of the Course is to provide students with the legal competence necessary to deal with the main problems in the field of Industrial and Intellectual Property protection, and competition. In particular, the Course will deal with Trademark, Patent, Copyright, Unfair Competition, Commercial Advertising and Antitrust Law.

- Introduction: scope and aims of Industrial Law.

- Firm Name, Sign Board, Trademark.

- Intellectual creations and technology: the Patent.

- Unfair Competition and Commercial Advertising.

- Market regulations. Antitrust Law.

- Copyright.

- Elements of Judicial Protection.

Aim of the Course is the acquisition of fundamental knowledge of Industrial Law and its specific terminology.

Students who have registered their disability certification or SLD certification with the Inclusion and Right to Study Office can request to use conceptual maps (for keywords) during exams.

To this end, it is necessary to send the maps, two weeks before the exam date, to the course instructor, who will verify their compliance with the university guidelines and may request modifications.
