Learning Achievements (Dublin Descriptors)
Passing the exams in the public area certifies:
- a solid knowledge of the foundations of the legal method, as well as the structure and main contents of the Italian positive legal system;
- knowledge of the fundamental public law institutions, with particular reference to constitutional law, from a theoretical and practical point of view, also with regard to the profiles of regional autonomy and the European supranational dimension;
- knowledge of the principles of administrative law, both from a substantive and procedural point of view in order to be able to deal with issues that are the subject of doctrinal and jurisprudential debate;
- knowledge of some religious legal systems and the ability to critically connect legal phenomena with the relevant religious, social and cultural instances.
These skills are developed through training teaching activities as well as through in-depth thematic seminars, discussions on jurisprudential cases and thematic conferences within the initiatives promoted by the Living Law Laboratory.
The assessment of mastery of knowledge and skills takes place through final assessment tests and, where appropriate, through intermediate tests and also through papers on case law.
