Learning Objectives
The course aims to provide students with the methodological and conceptual tools for carrying out the profession of labor consultant in its various operational declinations towards both public, private and jurisdictional interlocutors, as required by the legislation and as required by the various opportunities of the professional activity itself. The labor consultant in the exercise of his profession carries out both the functions of a public official and consultant of judicial bodies, he can be a consultant to private and also public entities. The course deals with the technical, business consultancy, economic and legal aspects that concern the professional activity. The profession today has evolved and the course takes into account the new roles that the employment consultant is required to occupy and carry out with the reform of business crisis law. The Business Crisis Code - Legislative Decree 12/1/19 n.14 last modified by Legislative Decree 224/23 - which came into force in July 2023, also extended the functions of liquidator, judicial commissioner to Labor Consultants and crisis manager (art.358 CCII) Functions governed by business crisis law, and which also imply knowledge of mediation techniques.

Knowledge and understanding: at the end of the course, students must have acquired knowledge of the professional ethics of the rules relating to the profession as well as the ability to fully understand the needs of their clients. Students must also have acquired flexibility in their professional development skills to maintain a high professional profile in a constantly evolving economic-social context also linked to the new professional figures of the Labor Consultant. The development of these aptitudes will be achieved both with frontal lessons and through analysis of practical cases and updated documents
Applied knowledge and understanding - students must be able to apply the knowledge acquired in an appropriate and flexible way according to the rules of the national ethical and legal system, in order to find adequate solutions to the requests made, providing consultancy in line with high professional standards required and updated, both for private and public interlocutors and jurisdictions.
Making judgement: Students must be able to connect the knowledge acquired during the course with their own judgment. In particular, this autonomy of judgment must be expressed through the acquisition of interpretative and updating skills on which to express consultancy and qualification of the relationship between socio-economic reality facts and the reference legal norm, in order to be able to identify, represent and resolve problems within the legal framework in awareness of the civil and criminal responsibilities that follow from carrying out the professional activity
Ability to learn: Students will have to acquire basic skills and tools to constantly update their skills; ability to understand the complexity of the legal phenomenon; ability to independently follow the evolution of the legislation of the species. They must also acquire the study methods and essential skills to pass the exam for the qualification to practice the legal auditing profession.

Final oral exam :In the aforementioned discussion, the expected learning outcomes will be assessed by asking three or more questions. The evaluation criteria and the relative scores out of thirtieths are determined according to the following scale:
• less than 18: insufficient level of competence. The candidate does not achieve any of the learning outcomes foreseen in the "knowledge and understanding" point;
• 18-20: sufficient level of competence. The candidate achieves the learning outcomes foreseen in the "knowledge and understanding" point;
• 21-23: fully sufficient level of competence. The candidate achieves the learning outcomes expected under the points "knowledge and understanding" and "applied knowledge and understanding";
• 24-26: good proficiency level. The candidate achieves the learning outcomes foreseen in the "knowledge and understanding" points; “applied knowledge and understanding” and “independence of judgement”;
• 27-29: very good level of competence. The candidate achieves the learning outcomes foreseen in the "knowledge and understanding" points; “applied knowledge and understanding”; “independence of judgement” and “communication skills”;
• 30-30 with honors: excellent level of competence. The candidate fully achieves the learning outcomes foreseen in the "knowledge and understanding" points; “applied knowledge and understanding”; “independence of judgement”; “communication skills” and “ability to learn”.

To this end, it is necessary to send the maps, two weeks before the exam session, to the course teacher, who will verify their consistency with the indications of the university guidelines and may request their modification.
