Learning Objectives
The aim of the course is to provide knowledge and skills to understand the principles that govern the elements of pre-acrobatics, dance education, personal training and related teaching. The general and specific preparation, paying particular attention to the assistance and preparatory exercises will be addressed. Another focus of the course is the enjoyment of practice, that will be highlighted during the different modules.

Learning Achievements (Dublin Descriptors)
. Knowledge and understanding skills: At the end of the course, the student knows the technical features and exercises/training of gymnastics, dance education, personal training.
2. Applied knowledge and understanding skills: At the end of the course, the student knows and uses the main training methods for different motor skills and for improving the performance of the disciplines in the program.
3. Autonomy of judgment: At the end of the course the student is able to choose and use the main training methods to improve the ability to move according to individual performance, by type of sport as well as by age and gender.
4. Communicative Skills: At the end of the course the student will use appropriate technical language.
5. Learning Skills: At the end of the course the student will be able to retrieve, analyze, and critically evaluate information and use it to prepare didactic progression.

Teaching, Attendance, Course Books and Assessment
- Teaching
Lectures, group discussions, exercises in the gym, and individual and small group work.
- Attendance
Minimum mandatory attendance: 65% of total hours for each module. As for the practical activities, attendance is intended as the active participation in the lesson.
Students who do not reach the required attendance quorum will have to make up the hours in the following year and will not have CFUs credited.
- Assessment
The internship will be approved upon completion by the student of all hours to be completed. Practical tests, written papers, and oral assessments may be required at the discretion of the teachers of the various modules, and to make up for any absences.
- Disability and Specific Learning Disorders (SLD)
Students who have registered their disability certification or SLD certification with the Inclusion and Right to Study Office can request to use conceptual maps (for keywords) during exams.
To this end, it is necessary to send the maps, two weeks before the exam date, to the course instructor, who will verify their compliance with the university guidelines and may request modifications.
Additional Information for Non-Attending Students
- Attendance
