Learning Objectives
Students will complete exercises aimed at:
- discovering better language learning strategies
- widening their vocabulary, in particular with regard to the business world
- reaching a full, strong B2 level and moving forward towards a C1 level in speaking and listening skills
Program
Students will work on the thematic areas touched upon in their lessons with Dr. Peterson, using the textbook: Business Partner B2+.
Each week they will find tasks on the Blended Learning page, which will include both in-class and at-home work to do. Students will be expected to participate actively in classroom discussions. Students will be presented with a vast range of business vocabulary and topics. During the oral exam, students will be asked to explain th work they have done, and be ready to answer questions about it, and about the work described in their personal Listening Diary, which they must bring with them to the exam. In the diaries, they will need to note down each week the listening practice work they have done outside class.

The teaching material prepared by the language assistant in addition to recommended textbooks (such as for instance slides, lecture notes, exercises, bibliography) and communications from the language assistant specific to the course can be found inside the Moodle platform › blended.uniurb.it
