Learning Objectives
Themes
The Master’s Degree Course in Sport Sciences is designed to develop specific skills necessary for the training of the professional figure known as the sports kinesiologist. This is achieved through specialized courses in areas such as exercise physiology, sports techniques and their instruction, training methodology, performance functional assessment, biomechanics, psychopedagogy, sports nutrition, and doping.
Theoretical and practical courses ensure the knowledge and skills needed to design and plan athletic and technical training programs for professional and amateur athletes, in both individual and team sports, across various ages, genders, and social backgrounds.
The program also aims to promote participation in international mobility and exchange programs (such as Erasmus and Traineeship calls) and to encourage and prepare aspiring researchers for access to PhD programs.
