- Identification and orientation of the psycho-physic aptitude;
- Definition of the discipline's morpho-functional, performance and strategic models;
- Personality and motivation development;
- Perceptual processes;
- Definition of the control of the movements module;
- Basic formation, conditional and coordinative ;
- Graduation and individualization of the training load;

MULTI-YEAR PROCESS PLANNING OF THE ATHLETIC ENHANCEMENT
- Cyclic structure of the training;
- Definition of the aims, methods and means (short - medium - long term ones);
- Choice of the perceptual indicators:
o Qualitative: specific grids;
o Quantitative: specific conditional records and useful teaching aids;
- Athletic training control;
- Physical regeneration;
- Failure in the load management.
EXEMPLIFICATION OF THE PLANNING
Discipline modules leaning on the quantitative and qualitative aspect.
Learning Achievements (Dublin Descriptors)
Competence of the knowledge and comprehension ability:

- Learning the methods of the sportive talent's prevision and control;
- Capability of organising and programming training records for different qualification athletes;
- Capability of using the training methodology's own specific language;
- Capability of analysing the individual sportive disciplines' perceptual processes;
- Capability of selecting the means and methods of training according to the individual's sportive disciplines, age, morphological characteristics and level of specialisation.
CAPABILITY OF EMPLOYING THE KNOWLEDGE:
- Capability of employing the different methods of evaluation in every single activity;
- Capability of planning and programming individual and group training records;
- Capability of organising periodization of the training for athletes with different qualification;
- Capability of recognising and promoting a sportive talent;
- Capability of identifying the training methodology suitable for the development of the motoric abilities, the technical abilities and the specific tactics of the examined perceptual processes;

- Disability and Specific Learning Disorders (SLD)
Students who have registered their disability certification or SLD certification with the Inclusion and Right to Study Office can request to use conceptual maps (for keywords) during exams.
To this end, it is necessary to send the maps, two weeks before the exam date, to the course instructor, who will verify their compliance with the university guidelines and may request modifications.
