Learning Objectives
The course aims to give students a knowledge of the basic technique of the fundamental strokes of padel and beach tennis, of the rules and tactics of the game with the relative practical applications.
Program
The course program includes theoretical and practical lessons focused on the theoretical principles of specific training methodology for these sports to be implemented during the stages of athlete training. For this purpose, various topics will be dealt with starting from historical notes, grips, fundamental techniques to get to define the various game tactics and knowledge of the particular traumatologies related to racket sports and their prevention.

Teaching, Attendance, Course Books and Assessment

Lectures with practical exercises aimed at the technical and didactic evaluation of the students

Minimum mandatory attendance: 2/3 of total practice lessons. As to the practical activities attendance is intended as the active participation to the lesson

Delivery of documents concerning the construction and conduct of a team training session on a particular technical / tactical topic
- Disability and Specific Learning Disorders (SLD)
Students who have registered their disability certification or SLD certification with the Inclusion and Right to Study Office can request to use conceptual maps (for keywords) during exams.
To this end, it is necessary to send the maps, two weeks before the exam date, to the course instructor, who will verify their compliance with the university guidelines and may request modifications.
