Learning Objectives
The objectives of the course are to strengthen the comprehension skills acquired during the three-year degree and to further promote independent judgment in the essay field, increasing the possibility of operating with competence in the field of Romance linguistics, philology and literature.
The course aims to provide the tools for an in-depth analysis of the text, whether it is a linguistic or literary document, in a transversal manner between the French, Iberian and Italian areas.
Program
Romance linguistics: advanced notions on Romance vocabulary, pan-romance vocabulary and common European.
Romance philology: questions and perspectives.
Romance literature: The "otherness" of the Middle Ages in French, Spanish and Italian literature.

Frontal lectures
- Innovative teaching methods
Students will be provided with bibliographic materials - found together in the University libraries or online - to complete the lectures and to start the participants on a written draft of the lesson they proposed.

Texts: attending students are expected to read and understand the recommended bibliography uploaded to Moodle by the Professor.
To obtain a French, Spanish or English bibliography please contact the Professor during office hours.
- Assessment
Verbal examination in French, Spanish or English.
- Disability and Specific Learning Disorders (SLD)
Students who have registered their disability certification or SLD certification with the Inclusion and Right to Study Office can request to use conceptual maps (for keywords) during exams.
To this end, it is necessary to send the maps, two weeks before the exam date, to the course instructor, who will verify their compliance with the university guidelines and may request modifications.
