Learning Objectives
Themes
The purpose of the Master's is to provide an in-depth knowledge of the communication skills needed in human resources management, cooperative learning, individual and group guidance counseling in the professional field, and coaching in situations of hardship and difficulty in the educational and existential field.
The Master favors experiential learning, with individual and group practical exercises aimed at acquiring specific skills and strategies in situations of organizational impasse and existential distress.

Career prospects
Objectives
The Master places the attention of the training focus on the figure of an expert in effective communication in counseling and coaching capable of fostering processes of social cooperation, conflict management, and re-decisions in relation to existential difficulties.
The Master's is therefore addressed to first-level graduates who carry out activities in the educational, training, psychological, managerial, family mediation, and human resource management and, more widely, to all those who are interested, including personal, to improve their communication and public speaking skills.
