The original diplomas of those who have obtained the Ph.D. title between 1999 and 2009 included are being distributed.
Diploma collection
Interested Ph.D. students can collect it at Ufficio Protocollo e Archivio (the Protocol and Archives Office) and must bring a valid identity document with them.
Those who are unable to collect the diploma in person can delegate another person who must present himself/herself at the above mentioned office with a signed delegation on plain paper and a photocopy of a valid identity document of the delegator and of the delegate.
Shipping of the diploma
Those who are interested in having their diploma shipped must send an e-mail to the address protocollo.archivio@uniurb.it specifying:
- Their personal data (name, surname, Italian tax code, date and place of birth);
- Date of achievement of the Ph.D. degree;
- The exact postal address to which the diploma must be shipped (street, house number, post code, city, province, country).
Diploma Collection (for Diplomas achieved between 1987 and 1998)
Ph.Ds. who obtained their degree between 1987 and 1998 must contact the MIUR for the collection of their diploma. For more information, click here.
