Mara Del Baldo / Professoressa Associata

Mara Del Baldo è professore associato di Economia Aziendale presso il Dipartimento di Economia, Società, Politica dell’Università degli Studi di Urbino, ove insegna Economia Aziendale e Ragioneria ed Economia della Sostenibilità e Accountability. I suoi interessi di ricerca, i cui risultati sono stati pubblicati  in numerose riviste scientifiche e capitoli di libro, nutriti dall’afferenza a diversi network scientifici nazionali e internazionali, si indirizzano a diversi temi di accounting,  tra i quali l’imprenditorialità e le PMI, la responsabilità sociale d’impresa, la rendicontazione integrata, anche focalizzandosi su specifici modelli di business (benefit corporation), settori (turismo e cultura) e aree tematiche (accounting and gender).

Mara Del Baldo

Mara Del Baldo is Associate Professor of Business Administration and Economics of Sustainability and Accountability at the University of Urbino (Italy), Department of Economics, Society and Politics. She was visiting professor and has given lectures at foreign Universities (the University of Vigo, Spain;  the Jurai Dobrila University of Pula, Croatia; the New Bulgarian University of Sofia, Bulgaria, the Corvinus University in Budapest, Hungary,  the University of Craiova, Romania). She is currently part of the academic advisory committee in the Global Corporate Governance Institute (USA) and a member of the European Council for Small Business, the Centre for Social and Environmental Accounting Research (CSEAR), the AFECA (Association des Formations Européennes à la Comptabilité et à l’Audit), the SPES Institute and the European Business Ethics Network (EBEN) Italia, as well of different Italian scientific associations (including SIDREA, AIDEA and SISR). She serves as a board member and a reviewer of several international scientific journals. Her main research interests include: Entrepreneurship and small businesses management; Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability and entrepreneurial business ethics; sustainable tourism; benefit corporations; SMEs strategies of qualitative development and networking strategies; cultural ecclesiastic heritage management; financial reporting; ethical, social and environmental accounting and accountability (SEAR); integrated reporting and accounting and gender. She published in several Italian and foreign journals (i.e, Meditary Accountancy Research, Business Strategy and the environment, Annals of Tourism Research, Journal of Management and Governance, Accounting History, The Accounting History Review, among others) as she well as in national and international conferences proceedings and books.
